Kingdom B Richer and stronger than your country Have someone who's capable of going against Vassal B's strategy Kingdom D Slightly poor and weaker than your country Have someone who's as strong as Vassal A If you send Vassal B to go against Kingdom B, chances are he'll betray you. If you send Vassal A to go against Kingdom B, chances are he'll lose. To survive, you have to win. What will you do in order to defeat both of the kingdoms at the same time?
Have Vassal B go against Kingdom D, conquer Kingdom D, hope that Kingdom D + your Kingdom's riches are more than Kingdom B, and then use Vassal A and B to defeat Kingdom B. Oh wait... same time xD

Why can't you just send both lol. I would send both vassals to Kingdom B first since Kingdom D is slightly weaker and poorer. They won't attack just because two vassals are gone lol. You still have soldiers. Once you manage to conquer Kingdom B from the inside, use resourced from both your and Kingdom B's resource to conquer Kingdom D. Of course, this is if you take into account that the other two countries won't take the chance of chaos to attack you lol.

If the deeds are done, make a plan with vassal B and A together to obtain kingdom C, if there is one, if not then not.

Plan C: Use Vassal B in economy control while Vassal A in sabotage mission in the two kingdom's supply. "Win war not violence but money." STR: Economy control and decrease in enemy's moral. WEAK: Counter for economy and defense for sabotage.
