Discussion What's your top 10 anime of 2016?

Other than Re:Zero, 2016 was a meh year for me. In fact, I stopped caring about anime and turned towards mostly reading light novels since I discovered that NovelUpates.com exists.

Then again, I am a very harsh critic of anime. Like, I can't watch an anime that is only 12 episodes long, I don't care about anime with high-schoolers in it, I don't care about harem anime, and don't really care for long running-series that feel like they don't ever end.

3. Everything else, I didn't watch anything else memorable LUL

Not sure if this counts, since it's summer of 2017, but there's going to be a live action Fullmetal alchemist movie, and it looked pretty good?

 

All of them were dull. I barely liked 1-2 of the anime in 2016 and even those weren't worth remembering.

 

I'd have rated Kiznaiver much higher. It was my favorite . No spot for Mayoiga, Orange, or Occutic;Nine?

PS: Great clips. Much better than some clips I've seen for other years

Can skip the rest of the stuff I saw this year. If you really need more titles Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, Nejimaki Seirei Senki: Tenkyou no Alderamin. Sad One Punch Man was 2015.

Assume I'll like Kimi no Na wa once I watch it.
