Now, let's see the red arrow first:

Red arrow is what word/tag to include
Blue arrow is what word/tag to exclude
Please remember that you need to write in Japanese, so don't search using English word......
Green arrow is what genre you want to include.
Pink arrow is how the search will be sorted:
おまかせ順 random / not in any order
新着順 new first
週間ユニークアクセスが多い順 number of unique access in a week
ブックマーク登録の多い順 number of user bookmark
レビューの多い順 number of review
総合評価の高い順 highest evaluation/rating
日間ポイントの高い順 highest (evaluation/rating) point in a day
週間ポイントの高い順 highest point in a week
月間ポイントの高い順 highest point in a month
四半期ポイントの高い順 highest point in a quarteryear
年間ポイントの高い順 highest point in a year
評価者数の多い順 number of evaluation/rating user
文字数の多い順 lenght of the novel
Nコードが新しい順 ncode chronological order

The orange arrow is to filter the result
すべての種別 Show Everything
短編のみ Only short stories (story with 1 chapter only)
完結済のみ(短編小説含む) Only show completed series (including Novella/short stories/oneshot/basically any story with only one chapter)
連載中小説のみ Only ongoing story
すべての連載小説 All serialized stories (not including short story or oneshots)
完結済連載小説のみ Only completed serialized story

This is the GenreTop page
The red arrow has three choices:

• ジャンル別 : GenreList which list every top 5 novels of each genre http://yomou.syosetu.com/rank/genretop/

• 総合 : TopList which list the top novels without considering their genre http://yomou.syosetu.com/rank/top/

• 異世界転生/転移 : IsekaiList for Isekai Lovers http://yomou.syosetu.com/rank/isekaitop/

The blue arrow is to choose whether you find the Top Day, Week, Month, Quarterly, or Yearly Novel.
For the TopList, there is another choice: TOTAL.
