The title he brought had a background story when humanity came to space exploration era and meed the flood. But not purely came from the starcraft universe, but had some of aliens franchise too. And the futuristic crew of mc brought to the fantasy world by an unstable wormhole when escaping attack of the surge.
The world building he make had a hybrid of magic and technology that we all know how little we can see brought up to.
Great elements of realism too, good execution for the hybrid of technology and magic *twice mentioned cuz it was awesome*, all sorts of good things you expect from kingdom building and fantasy world elements was here too.
