Looking at the picture again, doesn't it look like the fish is copping a feel? As for my impression of the art, I think it's very bright. Lots of bubbles are sparkles make it seem to glow.
@Nobody I dabble a little, but nothing like this artist. The question is what does the picture say to you? What does it make you feel? What’s your first thought when you saw that picture. Does this picture have any subtle hidden message? Things like that. Than wrap it up in words that are all you.
