Bittersweet Honey
The drop of honey fed was so bittersweet
The arms of the dead have yet to leave
Do you know what you wish to do?
Have you pick this one and won't be moved?
She nodded and "yes" could be seen from her eyes
I shook my head but I know it can't be tried
"Then goodbye", I murmured to this friend
Then goodbye was the very end.

Strands of hair of silver gray
Blood of blackening hearts, astray
Eyes that seemed of whitening jade
A heart of fragile words to play
Her hands were soft yet chilly on mine
I feared yet felt comforted by her lies
Sadly, safe was only safe in time
A mere feeling that could lead me to die
"My child", She said softly out loud
What child? I hated that sound
"My child, have you made it out?"
A burst of pain came from my chest
My eyes, they blur as she laughed
A hand emerged from my heart
Oh, that child, the one who was set to rest
