Who once filled my days,
with nothing other than smiles.

Dear You,
Who stole my heart so easily,
yet shattered it unknowingly.

Dear You,
Whose texts once cheered me up
and made my days.

Dear You,
Who have now left,
with no warning,
leaving so silently.

Dear You,
I---
I will move on
I will be better
I will love someone else

      Who was my shining star,
      Brightening my day with just your smile.

      Now I leave you in its depth.

      Dear you,
      Whose voice was my tonic,
      Yet I'm becoming your poison.

      Dear you,
      I'm leaving,
      With no courage to tell you,
      Fear I might falter at your faith in me.


      Dear you,
      If you are reading this,
      Know it was not my heart,
      That betrayed us,
      But my fear of seeing you hurt,
      leaving you with a hole,
      That couldn't be healed.

      Dear you,
      In these final moments,
      All I want is your warmth,
      And yet I know you deserve better.
