I need creative boy names!!!!

I need a creative boy name that can be said in both English and Spanish.! But I don’t want those common names like Alex, Marco, Pedro, Lucas.

You know those common names that you hear everywhere when people are both Hispanic and American. But those are too common and over used.

Firstly, let me explain I’m not pregnant but my sister is, she was born in El Salvador and is an immigrant. I was born in the USA, to two Hispanic parents, a different father than my older sister but that’s something else. Anyways she is married to Englishman from the UK, and have been together for 10 years now.

Wow relationship goals!!! By the way they are in their early to late 30’s. So you can imagine that I’m finally happy to have a nephew since my second older sister is in her early twenties, I’m still in high school. So the only way to get a baby in the family is through my oldest sister.

Sadly, my mom and most of her siblings have not learned the language as of yet but can understand I little bit of the words. She is always happy go lucky and funny. So my sister decided to let me and my other sister find names that can be said in both English and Spanish, because of my mom.

So here is my dilemma, I need to find a boy name, can be said bilingually, and is not over used, or terrible! For my 6 month pregnant sister’s baby.
