Our feelings went dry
After your wings became perfect
And everything you could only dream for
Become real
Power, money, women
You stand on your throne
Like you reach it by yourself
Not sparing a glance to me
Who helped you climbed it
You've tasted enough fine wine
To make you forget the taste of my porridge
You've tasted enough brightness
To make you turn a blind eye towards me
And you've sipped enough sweetness
To make you forget me
Our love was indeed real
Your words were indeed sincere
But your promises have evaporated
With no trace left to be reminisced
Scorns fall on my head
But how could they forget who pushed you towards that throne?
How could they curse me,
even knowing I cut my flesh for you to eat,
and pour my blood for you to drink?
You danced on the dance floors
Without caring I was frozen
Yet you still acted like you're innocent
And laughed when those devils stabbed me
I swore on myself
That I will never wilt beside you
I will walk proudly
With my back straight and chin up
You can sit on your proudest filthy throne
But I will be happy on my own
