A spark in the middle of the darkness,
A glimpse of something other than nothingness.
Like a person dying on the desert
You try sate your thirst on the small hope
Brought from the flicker of light

A light so weak, yet so bright~
It keeps the ever crushing darkness,
The loneliness of heart at bay~
And yet it never truly stays~ that~ way~

The light, its weeping...
The light, it whisks away~
Despair is ever creeping...
Despair is waiting just a skip away~

A new love it might be~
But the old fears, they stay along...
Oh, how could you see~
To whom they belong

The darkness swells,
the fears allay.
Our lights future it spells~
Oh, dont be led astray~

      Yeah~ like i said, this one is like, two months older, so basically at the very beginning of my poetry xD
