Reading novels makes me forget about anything else

Once I start reading, I forget hygiene. I forget eating. I forget doing skincare. I forget brushing my teeth. It's like entering a depressive hole. I just want to keep reading that I ignore all my other interests and responsibilities. And that's what happened today. And I say to myself "Oh I fucked up"
