Q How to minimize thinking about ____ ?
: Probably there must be many things you keep thinking about, be it: necessary or unnecessary objects. Thoughts circling your mind and heart.
Continuously keeping check on it , checking phones timely, getting distracted and so on & so forth. These are only few of many symptoms shown on human behaviors. Simply where it turned into an addiction.
As someone who really gives more importance to my brain, I hate it when my heart acts weak infront of such thoughts.
Weak heart → Troubled brain.
Tbh my heart is always too responsive to such thoughts so I sometimes have to take strict decisions to let my heart be in leash.
The most frequently used way is to stop thinking about those unnecessary thoughts is to clean the problem from it root! It's not to minimize but stop the problem to effect me mentally.
First, I try to cut the root of the problem; from where it all started.
Secondly, I restrain myself from getting involved in the problem again.
Third and final step, let my brain erase the memories!
Might sound easy but the temptations are like sirens pulling you in~
So it's really quite tough!
Once you JIM-IN , you can't JIM-OUT ( did you got the pun here ? Kekeke )
