Regarding your point 4) Gluons and quarks. They are both fundamental particles, they make up things like Hydrogen and Helium, so you can't group them together. It's comparable to saying that a human and water are the same thing.

True, they're different things, but humans and Earth-based water can actually be grouped, as something called Terrestrial Entities. It can afterward be broken down into Terrestrial Biological Entities for humans, animals and plants and Terrestrial Elemental Entities for water and atmosphere.
