If that is important to you and you still like eat food like these, why not try one or more of the following: - replacing or reducing some of the ingredients that you don't think are healthy - portion control (i.e. just have a little bit or on rare occasions) - exercise more (to offset the higher caloric intake) At the end of the day, aside from people with specific hormonal issues, it isn't a certain food or ingredient that makes you fat, just an imbalance between what you eat and what you do. In general, it isn't a good idea to just remove a certain food group or nutrient from your diet. Yes it is possible but it makes maintaining a healthy and balanced diet exponentially harder.
