How was the game compared to the ones you played previously (Discord/IRL)? Will you be joining future games as well?
No, because Leoric isn't a Creep. Unless you're asking whether Leoric can kill a Dire Creep, in which case: IDK. Done.
i htough you only get alerts when leoric hit a pr and even if a creep survives they dont get any msg?
I mean me thinking about what if both of them are wolf + Tilg is About Discord , very different . A game there would be 30 min tops. More about role claiming then else , not always that fun IRL is more about having fun with friends rather then playing detective FM is really fun , just that I don't really know what to do on D1 , if you are town you well .. what does acting like town means when no one is sus ... and the ones that might be haven't said anything ..
At D1, you are essentially in a perpetual state of being forced to "create something out of nothing"; watch how people interact with each other and speculate based on those as to whether the interactions are W/W or not, etc. For example, the act of Lissi pushing DA was -as Isolated mentioned- scummy because it was opportunistic. There is no "actual evidence / facts" involved, but it is something that other players can (and should) discuss about. Based on that discussion, you can then try to find out who are pushing or protecting Lissi with weird motives / agendas. For example, [if someone were to bandwagon Isolated's vote on Lissi], or [if someone were to defend Lissi because of a reason that has nothing to do with Isolated's reason to scumread Lissi], then that could've been seen as "weird", and then you can discuss about that again, etc.
In my opinion, this involves a lot of talking, and actively thinking who scum might be based on how people interact with each other. That's objectively false. If you rand town, then everyone else is suspicious because you don't know who might be mafia. The fact that people aren't doing anything does not mean they are not suspicious, and if people are talking and giving their opinions, then you should participate; give your opinions on others' reads, vote for people you scumread, test the latecomers' reactions, etc. IDK how other hosts do it, but in my games, inactives get subbed out or modkilled if I don't have any backups. If they are slanking (i.e. posting to reach the minimum requirement without actively playing the game), then you should just lynch or kill them out of policy.
The best way to act like town is to express your opinion, and I think that newbies should have a "it's better to be wrong than be indecisive" mindset. Even old players (like me) always make mistakes anyway. So on D1, when lots of people are talking and you don't know who to believe, my suggestion is to pick 3-5 people who have posted in the thread (based on any random criteria such as "these people have anime avatars" or "these people like to use blobs") and take a closer at what they're doing. Do they feel particularly townie, or wolfy? It's better not to overthink it; just pick what you prefer (and it's okay to decide just because, say, you're friends with them or you like/dislike how they talk). After that, choose specific posts of theirs that you think best represents your opinion or stood out the most. Now you can write your initial read. Add the quotes, and express your thoughts on them. "I liked this because...", "I think they're doing this...", "This is wolfy because...", "This feels weird to me somehow...", and the list goes on.. Try to be as honest and clear as possible, don't hedge, and try not to ramble. If you ever find yourself repeating what you've already said before, try to paraphrase/summarize and find new things that can support/add on to your previous posts. It's okay not to focus on voting wolves if you can't find anyone particularly wolfy. Finding fellow towns is also a good playstyle — so you can just say "for today I don't want to vote x, y and z because I think they're town; the rest I'm okay with voting" and go from there.
