You know what I do with my hagan daz (think that's how you spell it without all the accents)?
I break off the chocolate and nuts, put them into a bowl, and leave them for my sisters/mom to eat later.
So mixing them won't help.
I'm from America so of course there's that, why do you think we're one of the most obese countries in the world?
But I just dislike chocolate. End of story.
Dude I'm 24 pounds under weight, I'm good on the eat with moderation part.
And I can't really eat sweets, I have Lyme disease which loves sweet things, so for the past year or so I've been on a gluten free, sugar free diet.
Though I prefer apples as my favorite sweet food!
@Carm .. I'm more.. on the skinny side. And I was talking in general.
I'm not eating sweats all day.. but It also isn't like I eat more than.. 1 or two meals per day and so I tend to eat more than it's needed - but I do exercise, sometimes.
& sorry to hear about that.
@thegreatmetalunicorn There are sweats and sweats, there are even sweats that are fully made of natural igredients - no sugar, no artificial processing (syntetic things).. they are more expensive, but.. also taste great.
There's this sweet made by using honey and dried fruits and flour made out of driet fruits, but, that's expensive as hell. Or that sweet made out of sunflower seeds ...
woah that is too much I think? about 10kg.. should try to eat more when/if you can.. So it was the disease after all.. I now understand but there are chocolates that have low or no sugar.. dark ones..
Still take care of the health though.. even if you won't try chocolates..
Really? @The great metalunicorn I mean, yeah some sweet things are off putting, but all? I personally love (Fuji) apples, before I got sick with lyme (can't eat them anymore due to it) I used to eat 2-3 a day... yeah I had a bit of a problem.
Oh I love Korean Pears (that's what my family calls them, not sure if it's the correct term), but I get what you mean, I get it. @The great metalunicorn
