Probably side effect after being hit? Idk, people have dispersed alr. The one's driving is a woman and her daughter, even the woman shocked and almost fainted after hitting my neighbor. So many people screaming..truly scary ah

Don't let him lay down. It's probably internal bleeding or a hemorrhage depending on point of impact and speed. He needs his head raised or else if he vomits he'll choke.

Have someone check on his vital signs and call an ambulance immediately. The spoon in the mouth, thing, is a myth. Check if he can breath and bring him to the nearest hospital.

    Tsk tsk.

The seizure is from shock and pain registered at the same time by brain.

My sister is a seizure patient. It really depends on the type.

Ye. But don't forcefully stop or grab the patient.

It will make their heart squezed and stop.

Slowly and very gently. If there are shivers, keep him/her warm.

From what I know, the exactelly opposite thing should be done: recline his head so he won't choke. Don't move the patient as it's possible that he has internal damages, i.e. broken bones that can penetrate his internatl organs. The sole thing that you can do is put his head in a position that'll allow him to spit out the puke.

...I'd apply the third party thing: I'll look only for obstructions in his mouth and do things that won't affect him/her directly. Nothing more.

That is worse... third party without experience need to stand by if they didn't have proper knowledge.

Well, you know.. I won't open his/her mouth, nor move him/her by myself.
