Nyatlathotep is a god from Lovecraft, specifically he is the messenger of the Outer Gods, and the third One after Azathot and Shub-Niggurat (but Azathot is always in trance/sleeping and Shub-Niggurat can't interfere with the material planes so he is pretty much the boss)
