@HolyGuise it is the proper way —the only way, one should eat ramen.

I read that it is a sign of approval, if you find the ramen good, you slurped it. But again i don't think other people know.

While it is the proper way to eat ramen in Japan, most people didn't know that. Usually I just at it like normal, unless the chef is Japanese people. If so, slurp like there's no tomorrow :P
