Green tea has next to no caffeine. Like herbal and white teas, it will only relax you. Nice for evenings. Not nice if you want to be more alert.
Depends. Most red teas are herbal--and therefore caffeine-free. Some, though, are forms of black tea, and will have caffeine. You can check on the box what kind it is, though.
Ugh, that's an issue, because China's the usual "red" black tea producer, so it can be either one if it's from there. You know what, if it's a dark tea with a red tint, it's probably "red" black tea. If it's very red, and quite clear, assume it's herbal.
