ahh, just some ugly situations where people don't the slightest bit of empathy and will do mean things that significantly damages others even though it barely brings the slightest amount of amusement/benefit to them

I guess I'm kind of lost about how there's so much of a discrepancy in society to what degree people hold empathy for others. Some people have lots of empathy, and some people have virtually none.
