It was also run by two Leaders of their respective countries, Osamaru, AKA the Osan, he is the head of America's Human Trafficking business, and Naraku, AKA Nutaku who is the head of France's Underground Black Market(he specializes in Sadism).
Parth kept his identity a secret, and made out with 3 Billion Dollars, and kidnapped his best friend's daughter, Valera.
There was a woman who has been putting an end to their so called "Business", and her name is Shem. She is what they call "Mother", and she is terrifying.
The leaders were very odd, for instance, there was a time when Nutaku was actually Shem's foster child, however instead of calling her "Mother", like everyone else, he would call her "Father".
Then there's Osamaru, who is basically a Pedo in disguise. He became very interested in the genre after seeing Shem for the first time, and he is now one NUF's most wanted Assault criminal, second to @Satan.
