K pop's so mainstream but overpopulated now, no wonder some are getting desperate for some piece of that pie.
That said, I actually have a massive gap in my K-pop listening history, and that gap includes Boa's time line. My childhood was the techno queen while I only really got back into k-pop a few years ago.
but yea man have the norms changed over the years :p
back then there was so much backlash for that
but that k-pop vid is from a pretty mainstream and popular group
really makes you think wtf the companies are thinking
Frankly, I think the biggest reason why Kpop exploded was because of the suggestive dances, both by make and female singers. Back in the early 2000s, you'd think, "Oh, she's quite pretty." But you stayed for the music, not the tits.
probably. at least, marketable hotties that have a good screen personality were apparently in great demand amongst the youth. I feel like there was a lot of ups and downs tho in kpop history in terms of music.
There was lots of one hit wonders at its inception, then came the boyband girlband popularity era where the music started to suck, and now they have catch songs + hot girl/boy bands for youngsters to fantasize and dance along with
I don't know how I suddenly come here but whew what is this.....are they really k-pop star? Why do I feel like they are something wrong with this group.
