I'm not sure exactly what's going on in your screenshots, but the site's CSS seems to be broken for you. I can *almost* perfectly replicate what you're seeing by wildly deleting the site's CSS files in my browser.

Are you using any kind of forced brower settings for website appearance, or is it possible your adblock is overzealous?

If you changed any settings recently, try changing them back. ... Try disabling your adblock temporarily to see if that's the problem. ... If you installed any new add-ons, disable 'em. Clear your cache, too. Y'know, go through the list and try to figure out what's causing the CSS to fail.
