I have not published anything yet. I am planning on eventually self-publishing some proper e-books, though.

lol. Same. I tried to use wattpad to promote, and not just RRL and my own website, but apparently I heard some novels were getting stolen. Now what i put off the site.

Not really, it's a directory for anyone that writes and hosts their stuff for free online. You just apply and they'll list your story. You also get added to http://topwebfiction.com/ , which can get you a fair bit of exposure.
