It have a lot of info game related. That is magical girl "Queen of Hatred". For love and justice she fight. From my description of game, you should understand she had a problem too. She is depressed that the world doesn't need her. If the world doesn't have villain, she became it herself!
I'm not gonna explain how time work in this game but if 3 people didn't die in the facility(either killed by one of how many monsters you have or you sacrifice it) within x time, she will go depress.
You need to calm her down. If you attept fail or you let another x time pass without having 3 people die, she will go crazy, escape from her room and became a monster that fire laser. Laser that can go throgh many rooms and kill many people.
But she is not just a harmful existence. She believe in love and justice! If the alarm danger(monsters escape from room, more monsters=higher alarm, stronger monsters=higher alarm) within the facility is 2 or higher, she will go out of her room to help you stop them.
Sadly if more 20% of people die when she was out before she return to her room, she will go depress again for a bit before go crazy.
It's very interesting game. Everyday you need to pick a new monsters(every four is always a object) and start to learn how deal with it. Some monsters are harmless and some are very dangerous. They have all their own unique flavor. The most dangerous one is probably "Don't touch the button". Any interaction with it will cause harm to the facility, click on it will cause your whole facility to self-destruction.
Each monsters have a story and the facility have a story as you go through it. You will learn why the facility was made and you will fight bosses that make your job to manage your monsters very hard but they will give you insane benefit after bit it.
