Then we wouldn't know if the time freeze since if the time freeze, our brain also would freeze which mean we can't actually process what's going on and we won't notice that time froze.
Time is just a concept anyway. It's because the earth rotate and there is a changing of day and night, imagine if the earth doesn't rotate. We would think that time stopped while in reality, the earth just stopped rotating. Then maybe the freezing of time is the stopping of earth's rotation, which mean we will be doomed when it happens
Time is like a waterfall.
You can slowdown, speed up and sometime gets stuck on special circumstances. But you cant go back. The moment you go back, you become a different entity(vapours in this example) that you previously were.

I used to read novels for 6-10 hrs before~~
And spend a lot of time on gaming and disc. But that was me trading rl and studies for these procrastination. Time is always short. There’s always something you want to do but you don’t have the time for it~~
Now I gotta unfreeze rl but to do so I gotta freeze on my nuf time, disc time, gaming time , novel time....
Those who say that time seems to freeze for them clearly don’t know how to spend it or have nothing to spend it on.... I have so much to procrastinate on... I mean there was a time when I was procrastinating on procrastination!!! So yeah I wanna freeze time so that I can still procrastinate ;-(
