It's quite common to reverse signs of aging through plastic surgery, especially if you're in China or Korea. However, it's not really common in Taiwan or Japan. As for how many of them died due to surgery, pretty much none. Anyone who died were exceptions and Ai-chan has never heard of any.
Actually selling used panties in a vending machine is a myth. Nobody actually sells used panties in a vending machine. It's against the law to sell anything with biological remains such as saliva, blood or kitty juice in a vending machine. Nobody does that in reality.
What DOES exist, are vending machines that sell single-use panties. These are common in love hotels.
