I bet he has some hard stories of his own. He reminds me a bit of my dad in what you are saying. My dad was an orphan that couldn't read or write, ran away to the states at fourteen.

@Femme Fatale well yeh I mean he moved when he was 15 not knowing English.

My dad too. He ran with gangs and was even homeless for a while....It's not easy to talk about stuff for my dad, but I persisted as only a daughter can.(*^ω^*)

Maybe..my mom was supposed to be a flight attendant but she failed the final test..she dislikes talking about it
