I feel like I've been slowly getting used to such arts, but I'm far from a master of workaholism! Mostly because I've yet to discover the means to avoid burnouts.

But really, you should take breaks when you are tired I have experienced the feeling of working for more than 60 hours without sleeping and It doesnt feels good...believe me
Well right now I'm like super lazy compared to those days tho
Well, I've taken a break the past few days. Although I wasn't that bad, I feel quite relieved to be finally resting for a moment. And have been working on getting a proper sleep schedule over the past months, since the way I was before didn't really did well for my health.
But that's mostly in the past~ I feel much better and a bit lazier now~
Though I wished I kept the same motivation levels as I had before...
Thats good~ In my case I keep working like always but my schedule isnt as thigh as before, I actually have time to spend with my daughter, to talk with friend and even to play games from time to time~ I'm really happy right now~
