Yeah the lid is for AFTER cooking, who knew

But the fried fish came out wonderful

I've been cooking a long time and I've never had a plastic lid for a frying pan. ^.^ What did ya do mate? Put a plate on it by mistake? ^.^

A frying pot. The lid is to make sure the grease stays uncontaminated but I immediately assumed it was for making sure the oil didnt splash out of it.

Ah! those are to help you not get burned by frying. ^.^ I only use those in extreme frying danget. <_< I'm more of a frying ninja. >_>

Seriously though, grease burns are rough. Make sure you take care of it so it doesn't leave a mark.

I'm a lazy idiot that fries stuff in my underwear. I got a stupid grease burn on my stomach already but I'm still too lazy to actually wear something.

That lid is to help you not get a burn anywhere on you, it's a shield a goblin could use probably. ^.^

Now to use a different pot as a helmet and my fry scoop as a weapon
