@GonZ555 he would be a good guy since the troll here is the lady smoking near the no smoking sign, if he did he would be 'Hero_Ginger' or maybe 'Goodguy_Ginger' but since he didn't then he was true to his name, pity that he was pissed off tho
When stuff like that happens, I stare at the perpetrators in order to get their attention, and after getting their attention I stare or point at the sign so that they look at it too. But I tend to ignore them unless it actually is very annoying (like smoking in no smoking areas)
