Till the dough doesnt stick to the sides

And starts to form a ball

And for a bit of sweetness,

And 1 1/2 tablesppon of granulated white sugar

Cover and place in fridge

After 15+ mins

Take out and whisk

Or take a handmixer and whip the cream till its stiff peaks

Then cut the puff in half and pipe the cream in

Top with powered sugar

And done
