I heard it was cause he was causing some issue with the law enforcement, and they told him to get on his knees, apparently he didn't listen and even put his hand on his bag as if to pull out a weapon, hence he was shot.
Then they said he had a glock inside his bag.

Dunno if he really has a weapon tho, cause his fam said he doesn't have.

Well, i couldn't blame the cops tho. He knew that the quarantine was really strict and that are currently trying to supress it. Not only that, he was really putting on an act of pulling out a weapon that time.
