I propose this change as,

1. The recent blog post page is a scam that more or less shows weeks or month old blogs despite there being new blogs.

2. The create blog post button is not present on recent blogs making it rather hidden from potential blog-making-nuffians which affects the number of blogs made.

3. Second link does every job of first link but better.
