I dunno where you live, but in most places you can’t be arrested until you’ve actually committed or attempted to commit a crime.

As anra said, being a psychopath in and of itself isnt a crime.
And psychology isnt a simple matter; being close to one doesnt even have anything to say about how you are as a person.
