I am very concerned of this conversation-

I like to cry whenever someone does something slightly mean since it often makes people panic, and I spent all that time learning to cry on command so I might as well use it.

There's actually various better ways to relieve stress than crying yourself to sleep. Though they still involve crying for most people '_>'

No. Crying is one of the many forms people can relieve stress and express discomfort/distraught/etc.. It's generally recommended to cry during these times, but one should not cry themselves to sleep as you will generally sleep with negative thoughts

Dunno what the full scope of the issue is, but it would be way better if she spoke to someone about it. Whether it be a coworker, family member, or friend. Being able to speak out what you feel does wonders for people.

If it's work-related you should speak to your boss about these issues, since these type of things shouldn't be happening on a daily basis.
