Rather than stressed I get anxious more often. I just started a therapist session when the lockdown started.
I can't have a session at home because there lots of people around but I managed to resolve it somewhat.
I started playing games more often, got myself a drawing tablet to practice and started working out lot more now.
yea gotta find releif somewhere i usually found out that the stress stemmed from me getting distracted with other shit other than studying
