Ueah i do. He sells bikes in cerulean city. But they are mightyexpensive.

The guide was all about the height and angle of the seat, not the tightness of the coil clamp. The seat doesn't sit right and just comes off. I have tightened it as far as I can but it is still loose.

i went to a bike shop. mechanic said it was rusty old and dented, removed the seat, and grabbed a new pole and hammered it in.

this was in the last few weeks for my seat that kept swinging. it was warped/
