Does optimus prime have any long range attack?

I feel optimus has better reflex and stamina/energy.. but if he got bombarded from afar, idk..

Another question would be how many rounds the beam riffle holds. For this, let's say 30 shots, but he has to switch energy packs every 10 blasts

Also, isnt the premise of transformer was that those transformers can scan human technology ?
Optimus could probably scan and optimize a gundam..
