Tutorials and Resources, it was within the NovelUpdates subforum...

It had like... 30 threads in it or something.

Now the link to the FAQ is where it used to be... T.T

Seems like there was a prefix about tutorials added to Novel General now and the threads were moved there, I think...

I mean, at least it's what happened to my thread there! >.<

Yeh, they were split up depending on purpose.
