afaik she's less meta than mudrock, but still strong and since she's a limited operator, you need to wait for her banner or you'll never get her.
Nah, if you're not a regular spender and you don't desperately want her, it's fine to not spend. She will have a banner again, it'll probably just be in a while. I'm skipping since I'm saving for a different limited character.
