uploading gifs is easy.

just upload them

however, make sure the gif is only about 5 seconds long or something.

Dimensions less than 200x200 and size smaller than 50

the other dude was also supposed to be a gif, so I swapped out the earbuds with the pencil, but he didn't work.

Those are the only requirements really

Just make sure that they are small enough size

50 kb or less for gifs, larger ones wont function as gifs and would instead be just a still image.
Similar size for pngs too.
About ~3 mb max for jpegs.

bullets. they'll work. you can threaten the gif to follow your commands and meet the specs.

50 kb is an insanely small limit for gifs tbh, I have had 5 frame gifs fail to get within 50 kb without some insane info loss like colour getting fucked everywhere and/or size down to like 80x80

you're basically better off without any gif...

I'm starting to realize that. All the small ones have terrible resolutions. I'd rather use a nice regular image.
