I'm still in school, so my classes dictate what time I wake up and do work. But I'm trying to aim for a job with flexible working hours
I'm considering doing this: going to bed at 9pm and waking at 4am. My best hours of work are from 3/4am-9am. It would totally kill my social life, but my body would be a bit healthier ┐(´ー`)┌
I find sleeping at 10pm still reasonable. But having a sleeping routine and cutting off screen time 30 mins before sleeping helps a lot
I need to learn to do that; instead, I scroll on my phone or read something until I get tired and then sleep. haha.
It really takes a lot of effort to fix sleep sched haha. What i usually do is take a quick shower, read or play a little then listen music. After that, sleep comes.
