for the most part, my back is fine. I've more or less returned to my normal life. There is some lingering pain in my leg, but that's something that will take time to go away.

I remember my grandma's back got messed up pretty bad for a while, and she had to crawl on the floor to get around.

local gym?? My town has no local gym. The closest one I know of is 3 town away.
