Dizzy?? From being tired?? They could also be a sign of hunger??
If anything, you should drink water. What you need is something more balanced that a snack.
I made myself something like spagetti earlier, only I substituted with udon noodles. Adding sliced carrot bit really makes a difference and doesn't interfere with the consumption.
It may partially be because it's almost dinner and I've not had anything the entire day but that isn't new so I cannot be sure!

I see, go drink water. Just cause it was an hour ago doesn't mean you aren't thirsty. Then go eat actual food. That dizziness is totally due to that. Putting it of until dinner is a terrible idea.
Hunger is something you can forget about if enough time passes, but it manifests itself in a different way.
