I made a nice fried rice for lunch~ and It was tasty~ so maybe my cooking did level up~

Hehehe I'll tell you how I made it
My sister forgot to clean her pan up and there was still oil left so I added rice, some lard, truffle n cheese seasoning, and some soysauce~ There was also some leftover fried fish fillet which added a nice 'breakup' of flavors once I chopped it up and added it to the fried rice and splashed some lemon juice for a bit of moisture and flavor~

*pokes nef's cheek* It's hard to get lard yaknow~ I only got it at an asian store xx) why don't stores near me sell non-hydrogenated lard~

Fresh lard is healthier than hydrogenated lard~

Just did a quick research and you're actually right.
Lard has more monounsaturated fats which is healthier than saturated and trans fat.

monounsaturated fats is a type of fat that helps with carduvascular, don't know how it helps with the heart but I will believe this slightly.

^^) It's also a good source of fat for babies~
And the real culprit of people becoming fat is the gallons of pure sugar people drink, and the fact that eating both bad carbs (liquid sugar, Solid sugar, ETC) and fat compounds the weight gain a person will experience.

oo) I tried a low-carb/almost zero-carb diet and I did feel really good, as if a heavy blanket was lifted off of me but

xx) I'm really too addicted to sugar and I could feel a bit of random bloodlust emerging after I gave in to my desires of eating sweets~

**) So I'm going to try low carb again~ though tomorrow since I already cooked today and I'll have to get low carb foods to cook~
