a lot of people here can probably help you with whatever it is you are stuck on. What's the issue??

1. I don't know how to make the theme, why do they keep looking plain T.T (idk how to put pics or such)

2. I don't even know where to start writing as the tools are pretty different

Themes are under the tab appearance. Pictures will addable when you make a post.

For writing, when you log into the dash board, there should a bar on the top of the screen. There should be something like a "+ post" button. Click that for posting
