I don't know. I just want something to do that doesn't require me to move around that much. Usually I'm reading or watching but now I can't find anything to read and watch so...
It's one of the toughest yoga asan out there... Basically you need to play dead literally. Mind blank at it's perfection... Technically if you do it correctly and properly, you'll find yourself completely relaxed when you wake up....
PS: it's not sleeping but actually being a state of null/death type?
