Nya tried a weighted blanket for the first time. It improved my sleep quality by a lot ~

Oh, what do you mean by weighted?? It keeps you warmer??

It's split into little square puffs with weights inside. The weight is distributed across the whole blanket and you get a deeper sleep (supposedly). I'm trying it out~

Yeah, I think so! I'm worried that the one I'm using is a tad too heavy... I've lost weight since I bought it and it's supposed to be 10% of your body weight

is the weight uncomfortable?? Maybe it just needs some extra padding underneath it??

Fumu... I have my duvet underneath it for warmth, but I'm still cold? Hmm.. Maybe I need another layer
